“We started the search for our perfect campervan over a year ago, and after months of research and viewings, we finally believe we’ve found our dream van — thanks to Andi and Sam at Altitude Customs.

We collected the van last week and haven’t stopped smiling since! The enthusiasm of Andi and his son Sam is infectious. The hours of love and attention they’ve put into every detail are evident even before you open the door — but once you step inside, your mind is blown.

The spec is top-notch — everything exceeds expectations, just as the makers intended. The interior feels like a five-star home from home. The equipment is also five-star — from the Smeg hob to the Dometic fridge — all easily accessible in a great layout. Storage is plentiful, with clever extra spaces under the floor and over the cab.

The shower is better than ours at home, and the lounge/bed area is perfect for chilled evenings or lazy lie-ins. We haven’t needed to charge the van yet, thanks to the impressive solar power, and although we haven’t used the heating, Andi assures us that with the level of insulation, it’s more than up to the job.

This van is going to transform our travel plans, and we can’t thank the guys enough!

They have been a delight to deal with from start to finish — nothing has been too much trouble, and that includes the hundreds of after-sales questions I keep sending them.

We would highly recommend Altitude Customs. Having seen literally dozens of vans, nothing else came close!
